Welcome to Unlimited Society. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Unlimited Society mobile grooming services. By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not book Unlimited Society services.

1. General

By booking an appointment with Unlimited Society mobile grooming services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by Unlimited Society.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Booking: All appointments must be booked through the Unlimited Society online booking system or by contacting Unlimited Society sales representatives. A valid address and contact information must be provided.

  • Payment: Full payment is required upon completion of the service. We accept credit cards and other forms of electronic payment. Travel fees are calculated based on distance and added to the total service cost.

  • Deposits: Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if canceled within the allowed time frame.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation: Clients must cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

  • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule appointments up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee.

4. Health and Safety

  • Client Health: If you are feeling unwell or are ill, please cancel and reschedule your appointment. Services cannot be provided on skin that is visibly distressed due to sun exposure, chemical peels, or deep exfoliation.

  • Technician Health: Unlimited Society technicians have the right to refuse service if there are visible signs of infections, diseases, or other health issues.

  • Environment: Please ensure the service location is clean, safe, and provides necessary amenities such as water and electricity access.

5. Service Specifics

  • Haircuts and Beard Services: Clients should have a comfortable chair and a well-lit area for the service. Access to a power outlet may be necessary.

  • Teeth Whitening: Clients should avoid staining foods and beverages, smoking, and certain other products for 48 hours post-treatment. Access to a sink, electricity, a comfortable chair, and a flat surface is required.

  • Lymphatic Massage and Wood Therapy: Clients should provide a quiet and comfortable space for the service. Please inform the technician of any medical conditions or recent cosmetic procedures.

  • Nail Services: Clients should have clean nails free of polish and a well-ventilated space. Access to water and electricity may be necessary.

6. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards Unlimited Society staff. Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the service and potential reporting to authorities.

7. Liability

  • Damages: We are not responsible for any damage to property or personal injury that occurs during the provision of services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by Unlimited Society staff.

  • Results: While we strive to provide the best possible outcomes, results may vary depending on individual circumstances. We do not guarantee specific results for any of our services.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Data Protection: All personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing the service. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

  • Confidentiality: Unlimited Society staff members are bound by confidentiality agreements and will not disclose any personal information or details of the services provided.

9. Feedback and Disputes

  • Feedback: We value your feedback and encourage you to share your experience with us. Please contact us directly with any comments or concerns.

  • Disputes: Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be handled through Unlimited Society customer service team. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to a formal dispute resolution process.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes prior to their next booking.

11. Service Limitations

  • Availability: Unlimited Society services are subject to availability and may be limited in certain geographic areas. We reserve the right to decline bookings based on location or other logistical considerations.

  • Service Environment: Services cannot be provided in environments deemed unsafe or unsuitable by Unlimited Society staff. This includes, but is not limited to, areas with inadequate lighting, poor ventilation, or hazardous conditions.

12. Late Arrivals and Waiting Time

  • Client Delay: If a client is not ready for their appointment within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the technician may leave and the appointment will be considered a no-show, incurring a cancellation fee.

  • Technician Delay: If Unlimited Society technician is delayed, we will notify the client as soon as possible and provide an estimated arrival time. Clients have the option to reschedule without penalty if the delay is more than 30 minutes.

13. Pet Policy

Pets on Premises: Clients should inform us in advance if there are pets on the premises. Pets should be secured away from the service area to ensure the safety of both the pet and the technician.

14. Children and Supervision

Child Safety: For safety reasons, children should be supervised and kept away from the service area. Unlimited Society technicians cannot provide supervision for children during the service.

15. Personal Belongings

Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for securing their personal belongings during the service. We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal items.

16. Damage to Equipment

Client Liability: Clients will be held responsible for any damage to Unlimited Society equipment caused by negligence or misuse during the service.

17. Insurance

Coverage: Unlimited Society technicians are covered by liability insurance for the services provided. This insurance covers any accidental damage or injury caused by our technicians during the provision of services.

18. Force Majeure

Unforeseen Circumstances: We are not liable for any failure to perform Unlimited Society service obligations under these terms due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, accidents, or governmental actions.

19. Governing Law

Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Unlimited Society is registered. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

20. Severability

Invalid Terms: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

21. Privacy and Data Security

  • Data Collection: Unlimited Society collects personal information, including but not limited to contact details and service preferences, solely for the purpose of providing and enhancing our services. Such data will be utilized in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Data Security: We implement robust security measures, including encryption and secure storage solutions, to safeguard client data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

22. Refund Policy

  • Service Dissatisfaction: In the event that a client is dissatisfied with a service, Unlimited Society offers a structured resolution process. This may include a full or partial refund or the opportunity to have the service redone, subject to a thorough review of the complaint.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain services and deposits are deemed non-refundable under specific conditions. These terms are clearly outlined at the time of booking and are acknowledged by the client upon confirmation of the service

23. Referral Program

Incentives: Unlimited Society operates a referral program designed to reward clients for referring new business. Clients who refer others may earn incentives such as discounts or complimentary services. Detailed terms and conditions of the referral program are available upon request.

24. Special Promotions

Terms of Promotions: Any special promotions or discounts offered by Unlimited Society are subject to specific terms and conditions, including expiration dates and eligibility criteria. These terms will be communicated clearly at the time the promotion is announced.

25. Product Purchases

Sales of Products: Products sold by Unlimited Society are subject to return, exchange, and warranty policies, which will be provided at the point of sale. Clients must adhere to these terms to ensure proper handling of product-related issues.

26. Client Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: Clients are required to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process and at the time of service. This ensures that services are tailored appropriately and delivered effectively.

27. Technician Substitution

Substitute Technicians: Unlimited Society reserves the right to assign a substitute technician in the event that the originally scheduled technician is unavailable. Clients will be notified of any such changes in advance whenever possible.

28. Service Guarantee

Quality Assurance: Unlimited Society stands behind the quality of its services. If a client is not satisfied, they are encouraged to contact us promptly. We offer a service guarantee that includes corrective measures to address any quality concerns.

29. Follow-Up and Maintenance

Aftercare: To ensure optimal results and longevity of our services, clients will receive detailed aftercare instructions. Follow-up services and maintenance tips will be provided to help clients maintain the benefits of their initial service.
